This course is in English only, and for REAP students only. It covers
• What constitutes scientific information? How to assess the authority and quality of written text and speech?
• Fundamentals of inferential statistical analysis (theory and hands-on work)
This course is offered in such a format that you can participate online. We will try out the hybrid format, or have the entire class session online. The format of individual class meetings will be announced in advance, and in this, we will take consideration of your class schedule. The first and second class dates (October 19th and 26th) will be online. Access data for the first two class sessions will be published here in the ahoi (check out the "Hinweise /Mitteilungen" section for this).
We start Thursdays 09:00 a.m. sharp.
Our electronic learning platform is Moodle. Study material and regular information will be uploaded there. Your instructor will give you access to the Moodle platform of this course.
