Zusätzliche Informationen zu Terminen: The course takes place in a combination of online lectures and asynchronous self-study.
Beschreibung: This module concentrates on the first stage of PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT and covers all aspects of PROJECT DEVELOPMENT from the initial PROJECT IDEA to the development of a PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN – especially in the context of INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION. The module will based on real life project examples on international cooperation for circular economy and will provide practical insights into financing options for projects, project proposal writing including concrete theories of change and the setup of cooperation structures. The knowledge of these processes and relevant tools can also help you to acquire you first self-managed job after graduation.
