Beschreibung: Project Management Lecture 1. Definition of project, content and standards of project management, basic tools 2. Organizations and Project Lifecycle 3. Processes 4. Integration Management 5. Scope Management 6. Time & Cost Management 7. Quality & Risk Management 8. People Management- Communication & Motivation 9. Stakeholder Management 10. PM in highly dynamic environments Participants will have the opportunity to interact with professional actors from various disciplines. The course closes with a graded exam. The average participant number is 45 with a maximum of 60.

Vorkenntnisse/ Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme: No previous knowledge about project management is required. After the course, the students should be able to use project management terminology correctly and describe projects and their institutional environment. Additionally, all participants should know how to design new projects using the guidelines of the PMI (Project Management Institute.)
