Beschreibung: This training´s focus is on the crucial themes that impact the capacity to successfully manage presentation at university and professional contexts Some of these topics are: 1. Fundamental! skills of Public Speaking: managing effectively the mind, the body and emotions; 2.Speaking Anxiety: myths and reality around the Impact of anxiety in presentations. 3.How to successfully manage presentation preparation strategies such as: deep breathing; self coaching; mental rehearsal and managing muscle tension, among others. 4. Methods Used to Successfully structure a talk. 5. Creating powerful openings and closings for your presentations; how to use body, face and voice. The course will also provide space for individual practice and group feedback. This training is ideal for second year undergraduate students.
